玻璃纤维/PC树脂/LY12铝合金叠层复合材料界面处理及其性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用热压固化成型工艺,成功制备了玻璃纤维/PC树脂/铝合金叠层复合材料,并对该材料的界面结合状况与性能进行了分析。结果表明:通过对铝合金表面进行喷丸和酸腐蚀综合处理及对玻璃纤维进行O.5%硅烷偶联剂水溶液涂层处理,叠层复合材料各界面的结合状况良好;抗拉强度达到210.2 MPa,抗弯强度达到325 MPa,冲击韧度大于173.5 kJ/m2,其阻尼性能尤其突出,自由衰减率达到0.332,可与粘弹性阻尼材料媲美。 The glass fiber/PC resin/LY12 Al alloy laminated composites were fabricated with heat-squeeze solidifying and forming technique. The morphology of the interface and bonding state of the laminated composites was observed and analyzed by means of SEM. The influence of surface-treatment on the properties of the laminated composites was fine after surface-treatment of the glass fiber and LY12 Al alloy. The glass fiber/PC resin/LY12 Al alloy laminated composites showed good combined properties. The tensile strength reached 210. 2 MPa and flexural strength reached 325 MPa when fiber content was 15%, and its impact toughness was larger than 173. 5 kJ/m^2. Its freedom damping factor was up to 0. 332, which was not less than that of the damping materials with viscoelastic matrix. The damping mechanism of the laminated composites and the influence of variety of the fiber volume fraction on its damping capability were discussed.
