摘要
为提高W4Mo3Cr4VSiN(F205)低合金高速钢丝锥的使用寿命,对该钢进行了1 160℃淬火、不同温度下回火热处理,并对较佳工艺回火后的丝锥表面进行离子镀TiN,对其组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:560℃回火时,F205钢的硬度达到了最大值;丝锥表面离子镀TiN后,获得金黄色TiN涂层,约2.5μm厚时,涂层的显微硬度达到1 921 HV50,与基体的结合力最高达35 N,丝锥的使用寿命提高了2倍。
To improve the service life of W4Mo3Cr4VSiN(F205) low alloy high speed steel tap, F205 steel was quenched at 1 160℃ and tempered at different temperatures, and the tap tempered at an optimum temperature was then treated with ion plating. The peak of hardness of F205 low alloy high speed steel was gained at 560 ℃. By ion plating, the surface of taps got an about 2. 5 μm thick, golden yellow TiN layer. The hardness of the layer reached 1 921 HV50 and the adhesion of the layer was up to 35 N. After ion plating treatment, the service life of taps increased 2 times than that without surface treatment.
