摘要
用超临界CO2从柄海鞘(Styela clava)干粉中提取多不饱和脂肪酸。通过正交实验对提取工艺进行研究,得其最佳提取条件为:萃取温度50℃,萃取压力20 MPa,萃取时间2 h,夹带剂乙酸乙酯体积(mL):柄海鞘干粉质量(g)为1∶2。按此工艺,脂肪酸得率为19.5%。利用气相色谱进行分析,其多不饱和脂肪酸含量为75.77%,二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量之和为19.47%。
Polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) is extracted from dry powder of Styela clara with super critical fluid CO2. The extraction process is studied through orthogonal experiment and the optimization is listed as follows;S. clara has been extracted with SPF CO2 at 20 Mpa pressure, 50℃, for 2 h, and weight ratio of S. clava: volume of ethyl acetate is 1:2, and the yield is 19, 5% . According to the analysis of GC, the content of PUFA in the product is 75.77%, and the content sum of EPA and DHA is 19.47.
