红鳍笛鲷外周血细胞的显微结构观察

Microstructure of peripheral blood cells in Lutjanus erythopterus

报道了红鳍笛鲷(Lutjanus erythopterus)外周血细胞的显微结构,血涂片经过Wright染色液染色,可区分出:红血细胞、血栓细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞等5种血细胞,无嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞。白血细胞中:血栓细胞体积最小,单核细胞体积最大;血栓细胞数目最多,嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞数目最少;淋巴细胞有大中小3种类型:大淋巴细胞、中淋巴细胞和小淋巴细胞。此外,在外周血液中还观察到少量幼稚的红细胞,偶而可见正在分裂的红细胞,提示红细胞也可在外周血直接分裂。

The peripheral blood cells of the Lutjanus erythopterus are morphologically described. On the stained smears, five major types of cells were recognized ： erythrocyte, thrombocyte, neutrophil, monocyte and lymphocyte, while eosinophil and basophil are not found in blood smears. Among these leucocytes, thrombo cyte is the smallest, while monocyte the biggest~ and monocyte and neutrophil are the least encountered leuco- cyte, while thrombocyte the most abundant~ lymphocytes are divided into three types： the small lymphocyte, middle lymphocyte and large lymphocyte. In addition, immature erythrocytes are presented in small numbers. The division of erythrocytes in the blood indicates that peripheral erythrocytes may develop directly in the cir culation.
