摘要 地方课程是为了保障和促进课程适应不同地区的需要,由地方根据国家课程管理政策、课程计划、课程标准和当地的政治、经济、文化、民族及学生发展需要,结合本地的优势和优良传统,充分利用本地的课程资源而自主开发并由地方管理的课程。我国在少数民族语言文字教材的开发与利用方面积累了丰富的经验,在新课程改革背景下,民族地区地方课程开发的政策、目标与内容等均有着新的内涵。 Local courses are automatically developed and managed by local schools in order to ensure and improve the adjustment of courses to the needs of different regions. They are designed not only on the basis of the state' s policy of course management, curriculums and course standards but also according to local needs of politics, economy, culture, and students' development. In these courses, local advantages,excellent traditions and local course resources have been fully utilized. In developing and utilizing texts in ethnic minority languages , rich experience has been accumulated in our country. While in the new course reform, the policy, aims and contents of developing local courses in ethnic regions should have new connotations.
