摘要
“少数民族高等教育”由“少数民族”和“高等教育”两个名词复合构成。这一概念本身就决定了“少数民族高等教育”的教育特征及主要服务对象。目前,世界各国针对少数民族的教育问题,已形成了多种多样、各具特色、层次不同、规模不等的少数民族高等教育体系。
The term of ＂higher education for ethnic minorities＂ is made up of two noun phrases： ＂ethnic minorities＂ and ＂higher education＂. The concept itself designates the characteristics and major recipients of the education. At present, in accordance with the problems of education for ethnic minorities, countries all over the world have established various systems of higher education for ethnic minorities with different characteristics, at different levels and on different scales.
