摘要
内地西藏班、新疆班系跨文化教育的典型模式。有针对性地研究民族学生在内地跨文化教育中遇到的困难,并采取有效的应对措施克服困难,是使内地办学这一特殊民族教育政策取得更高政策效力的迫切要求。
Tibetan Classes and Xinjiang Classes in the hinterland are typical models of crosscultural education. It is an urgent demand to make studies on the problems of ethnic students in their cross-cultural education in the hinterland, and take effective measures to overcome the difficulties so as to make more efficient the special policy of running schools in the hinterland in ethnic education.
