摘要
当前基础教育课程改革对民族教师的专业理论素养和知识结构提出了新的挑战,而民族教师教育难以适应这一要求,存在作用缺失或失配的现象。因此,民族教师教育应从实施课程教材改造机制、教师培训机制和强化师范生的教育实践机制等方面予以应对,发挥自身应有的作用。
At present,the reform of elementary education courses has posted a new challenge to education for ethnic teachers in aspects of professional theory level and knowledge structure. However, education for ethnic teachers can hardly meet the requirement, which results in role lacking. So, to deal with the problem and give full play to education for ethnic teachers, the following three mechanisms should be set up: 1 ) mechanism to reform course teaching materials, 2) teacher training mechanism, and 3) mechanism to strengthen educational practice of students of normal colleges
