摘要
氧化锆粉末大量用于等离子喷涂以制备热障涂层材料。论述了氧化锆粉末的应用、特性及其表征、稳定化和制备方法,并讨论了粉末质量、喷涂工艺及涂层质量之间的相互关系。
A large quantity of zirconia powder is used for plasm spraying
to prepare thermal barrier coatings. The applications,special properties with their characterization methodology, stabilization and manufacturing methods of zirconia powder are described,and the interdependency among powder quality,spraying process, and coating quality are discussed.
