摘要
本文分析了几种精密模具的服役条件和失效形式,研究了硼氮碳复合渗处理模具的变形规律,采用硼氮碳复合渗工艺对几种精密模具表面进行强化应用。结果表明:模具变形可以很好地控制,模具寿命显著提高。
The service conditions and failures of several precision dies and moulds were analysed.The deformation of the nitro-carbon-boronised die and mould was studied.The die and mould surface was strengthened by nitro-carbon- boronizing.The results showed that the deformation of the treated die and mould could be controlled,and the service life was improved significantly.
