摘要
研究了成型、焊接、冷轧、退火等工序的工艺参数对Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni管材精度及焊缝质量的影响,发现该合金成型性好、可焊性好,焊缝质量可通过两次冷轧加退火得到改善。
The effects of the technological parameters of forming, welding, cold rolling and annealing on the precision and quality of welding seam of rolled Ti 0.3Mo 0.8Ni alloy were studied. It was found that this alloy possesses good formability and weldability, and that the quality of the welding seam can be improved by twice cold rolling plus annealing. The properties and the precision of the welded rolled pipes reach those of the seamless pipes of same specifications.
