摘要
本研究探讨了软蒺藜对糖尿病大鼠神经病变的防治作用及其机理。结果表明软蒺藜治疗组鼠尾运动神经传导速度快于对照组(P<0.01),伴坐骨神经山梨醇含量、血甘油三酯和血小板聚集功能显普低于对照组;治疗前后血糖无明放变化。提示软蒺藜可防治糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变;其机理可能与软蒺藜抑制醛糖还原酶,改善脂质代谢,降低血小板聚集有关。
The effect of Atripler centralasitica (A. C) on prevention of diabetic neuropathy in rats and its mechanism were explored. It was found that the conduction velocity of rat tail motor nerves was more rapid (P< 0. 01), and concomitantly concentrations of plasma triglyceride, sciatic nerve sorbitol levels and platelet aggregation function were markedly lower in A. C therapy group. than in control group; and after treatment, plasma glucose concentrations had not significantly changed. The results show that the administration of A. C can prevent diabetic rats from neuropathy and the mechanism may associated with the effects of A. C on inhibition of aldose re-ductase, improvement of lipid metabolism and reduction of platelet aggregation.
