摘要 本文讨论了在锻造过程中不同变形温度、变形程度、变形速度对高温合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明在细晶粒和塑性晶界条件下具有较好的疲劳性能。重要的是较低的锻造温度和热处理固溶温度比较高的好得多。文中提出了一些如细晶粒处理、热机械处理及直接时效处理等新工艺。 In this paper, the influence of various deformation temperature, deformation degree and deformation velocity on structure and properties of superalloys in forging process was discussed. The result shows that the better fatigue properties are achieved under the fine grain size and the plastic grain boundaries. It is important to control the forging temperature and solution treatment temperature lower rather than higher. In this paper, some new processes, for example, the fine grain treatment, thermal mechanical treatment and direct ageing treatment, etc., were suggested.
