子宫内膜透明细胞癌的免疫组化研究

Endometrial clear cell carcinoma: an immunohistochemical analysis

目的研究子宫内膜原发性透明细胞癌的免疫表型。方法应用免疫组化染色检测15例子宫内膜透明细胞癌及其他类型上皮癌的免疫表型,并同时对10例肾透明细胞癌进行检测。结果15例子宫内膜透明细胞癌CK7、Leu-M1和cyclinE(+),而CK20和PR均为(-),部分病例ER、vimentin和CA-125(+)。结论除Leu-M1和cyclinE外,子宫内膜透明细胞癌的大部分免疫表型特征和其他类型宫内膜上皮癌相似。免疫标记CK7、CA125、ER和cyclinE可能对鉴别诊断子宫内膜透明细胞癌及肾源性透明细胞癌有一定帮助。

Objective To investigate the immunophenotypic profile of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 15 cases of endometrial carcinoma and other types of endometrial cancer were studied by immunohistochemistry. For comparison, 10 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma were also included in this study. Results The characteristic immunoprofile for all 15 cases were positive for CK7, Leu-M1 and cyclinE, and negative for CK20 and PR. Some cases were positive for ER, vimentin and CA125.Conclusion Much of its profile is similar to other gynecologic adenocarcinomas except for Leu-M, and cyclinE.staining with anti-CK7, CA125, ER and cyclinE antibodies may serve as useful markers for differential diagnosis of gynecologic clear cell carcinoma from the renal counterpart.
