时间决定性荧光免疫测定法用于水溶性血型物质定量的研究

Application of TR-FIA to the Quantitative Invcstigation of Water-soluble Blood Group Substances

将时间决定性荧光免疫测定法（ＴＲ－ＦＩＡ）用于水溶性血型物质的检测，并以人工合成的血型物质作为参照，对一个体的部分体液、分泌液中的血型物质进行了定量分析。结果表明，ＴＲ－ＦＩＡ法敏感度高，重复性好，对唾液、鼻汁、精浆、粪便、尿液、汗液及泪液中的血型物质均能进行定量检测。

e applied time-resolved fluorometris immunoassay (TR-FM)to the detection of water-solubleblood group substances and quantitatively analized the blood group substances of certain secretions andbody fluids of one individual with artificially synthesized blood group substances as control. The resultshowed that TR-FIA was highly sensitive and repetitive and applicable to the quantitative detection ofsaliva nostralfluid ,semen ,feces ,urine and tears.
