Colour Coded Doppler Sonographic Measurement of Normal Values for Flow Velocity in the Intracranial Arteries of Healthy newborns

摘要 应用彩色多普勤超声显像仪,以前囟及颞缝为声窗对71例正常新生儿颈内动脉(ICA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)和大脑中动脉(MCA)的血流速度、搏动指数和阻力指数、血流量进行了测定分析。结果:峰值血流速度(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(mV)与经后龄(PCA)高度正相关,尤以平均血流速度最为显著(P<0.001);生后日龄对Vs,mV有明显影响;搏动指数、阻力指数与PCA无显著相关。 n 71 healthy newborn infants pulsed Doppler records were obtained from the internal carotid arter-ies,the middle cerebral arteries, and the anterior cerebral arteries. From the flow proflle the peak sys-tolic velocity(Vs),the diastolic velocity (Vd), mean velocity (mV),pulsatility-index(PI) and resis-tant-index(RI)were measured. There was a linear increase of all velocities with postconceptional age(PCA),particularly obvious in mV. The Vs and mV were related to the day after birth. However,thePI and the RI were independent of PCA and there was no linear relationship between mean artery bloodpressure and velocity.
