报道４例头颈部肿瘤患者，经放射治疗后出现迟发性放射性脑坏死，因本病预后较差，因此应强调对放射性脑坏死的预防、早期诊断和早期治疗。

our cases of delayed radiation necrosis of the brain are reported in this paper. The patientsshowed progressive increase in intracranial pressure and mental disorder. The abnormal areas showedon CT and MRI were the same as those had been exposed to radiation previously, Pathological featureswere fibroid degeneration of the blood vessel wall, microthrombosis and demyelition, As it is a diseasewith poor prognosis we should put emphasis on its prevention,early diagnosis and treatment.
