摘要
国标方法检测硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐操作繁琐,需要专业技术人员操作,试剂易失效且会对操作者的健康造成伤害。本研究开发出了一种安全、快速、灵敏、稳定并易于操作的检测叶菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量的方法,并制成相应的试剂盒,可满足现场快速检测的需要,且无需专业技术人员操作。
The operation of GB-method is complicated in detecting nitrate and nitrite, needing professional operator, reagents used in determination were easily to lose efficacy and harmful to operator health. A new method for fast determination of nitrate and nitrite in vegetable was developed in this study, which had superior charac＇teristics such as safe, fast, sensitive, stable and easy manipulation. The corresponding reagent boxes were manufactured in order to meet the need of fast determination in spot detection.
