应用经济学原理,分析了技术性贸易壁垒的产生原因及经济效应,阐述了发达国家对机电产品的技术性贸易壁垒,提出了我国机电产品在WTO框架下应对国外技术性贸易壁垒的对策建议。

Based on the economics principle, this article has analyzed the technical trade barrier production reason and the economical effect thereof, elaborated the mechanical and electrical product technical trade barrier put up by the developed country, proposes for our country the counter measwre the countermeasure under the WTO frame to the overseas technical trade barrier.
