摘要
分析了英语委婉语的主要应用领域和语言形式,从语法结构上对含蓄否定的句子进行归纳分类,并通过实例分析委婉语的用法和委婉表达的意义。
The paper has found usage and significance of the English euphemism by analyzing application area and language forms mainly used in English euphemism. Besides, the paper has also given summaries to each type of hidden negation and expressing method with special grammatical examples.
