摘要 本文针对卷染机蒸罐这样一种受压简体矩形大开孔进行了三维有限元分析,发现接管圆角过渡区有若干点的虚拟弹性应力值远大于材料在设计温度下的屈服限。本文依照ASME—Ⅷ——2及JB4732—95《钢制压力容器分析设计标准》的要求,针对受压圆筒——接管结构提出了一种强度评定方法。并对卷染机蒸罐进行了强度评定。 The Finite Element Method (FEM)is often used to calculate the local stresses at the location of the rectangular large attachment to cylindrical shell. However, only three dimensional finite element stress results do not satisfy us, because the stress strength are not assessed directly by these stress results. According to the ASME section VIII - 2 code and Chinese code JB4732 -95 'Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis', this paper comes up with an assessment method for evaluating the stress strength at the location of the attachments, including circular and noncircular to cylindrical shells. By applying this assessment method, the stress strength at the location of rectangular large attachment to cylindrical shell in whirl dye gigger are evaluated.
