摘要
提出在缺乏零件工作载荷谱时,进行该零件疲劳可靠性设计计算的方法。用使用过一段时间的零件进行疲劳试验。根据这些试验数据统计出剩余疲劳损伤强度,并利用剩余疲劳损伤强度确定该零件在已使用期内的累积疲劳损伤量。然后用疲劳累积损伤可靠性模型进行零件疲劳可靠性设计计算。
This paper put forwards a method for calculating the part's fatigue reliability and life without the part'sworking load spectrum.Fatigue tests are carried out on the parts that have been into service for some time. Basing on thesetest data,the residual fatigue damage strength can be calculated.With the residual fatigue damage strength,we candeterrnine the part's accumulated fatigue damage quantity in the working life.And with the fatigue cumulative damageprobabilistic model, the part's fatigue reliability and life can be predicted.
