摘要
文章简述了疲劳设计计算发展过程,指出汽包安全运行维护的重点问题。通过对高井热电厂5号汽包的探伤检验、资料审查,并结合高井热电厂5号炉汽包的运行工况,对国产第1台100MW汽包进行了寿命分析。给出了在确保汽包安全的情况下锅炉的正常启停次数,并指出了正常运行中的重点监测部位。
The paper briefs the development process of fatigue design calculation, indicates the key problems of safe operation and maintenance of boiler drum.Through the detective examination on the drum of No. 5 boiler in Gaojing Cogeneration Power plant, material examination,and by combining with the operation Conditions of drum of No. 5 boiler ha Gaojing Cogeneration Power Plant,conducts the life span analysis of first home-made 100 MW boiler drum,gives the mormal start-up--shutdown times under the condition of ensuring drum safety and indicates the key monitoring locations in the normal operation.
