供热机组蒸汽氢电导率升高的原因及治理措施 被引量:2

摘要 通过对太原第一热电厂除盐水和15号机组的蒸汽品质参数的检测分析,找到了机组蒸汽氢电导率升高的原因,是锅炉补充水中有机物含量偏高;提出了解决此问题的措施,即增加反渗透膜处理设备。改造后检测结果表明:该措施是有效的。 Through the monitoring and analyses of the demineralized water of Taiyuan No.1 cogeneration Power plant and the steam quality paramoter of its No.15 unit, it was found that the cause for rising of hydroyen conductivity of unit's steam was,the organic content in the make - up water of boiler was higher, thus the measures,for solving this problem was put forward, it to add reverse osmosis film treatment equipment,with fine effect obtained.
