600MW汽轮机轴封系统的缺陷分析及改进措施

Defect Analysis and Elimination Measures of Shaft Sealing System of 600MW Steam Turbine

平圩发电厂1、2号汽轮机轴封系统存在缺陷,如:高、中压缸端部汽封外漏量大、轴封温度高,轴承振动增大,主油箱、小汽机油箱和密封油含水量过大等。文章分析了轴承系统产生缺陷的主要原因,介绍了2号汽轮发电机组增容改造中,重新设计轴封系统进行改造的情况,还介绍了成功处理缺陷的经验。

Defects existed on the shaft sealing systems of No. 1 and No. 2 steam turbines in Pingwei Power Plant, such as：large outward leakages of and steam sealings of high and inter mediate pressure cylinders,high temperature of shaft sealings,large vibration of bearings,too high water contents of main oil tanks,oil tanks of small steam turbines and sealing oil etc.The article analyzes the main canses for the defects existing in the shaft sealing system,briefs the redesign and retrofit situation of shaft sealing system in the uprating retrofit of No. 2 steam turbine-generator and also briefs the experiences with the successful handling of defects.
