摘要
陶瓷刀具材料的断裂韧度(KⅠC)、抗弯强度(σbb)和硬度(HRA)等具有随机特性。文中研究了新研制的陶瓷刀具JX-2-Ⅰ力学性能(KⅠC、σbb和HRA)的随机性及界面结合强度(τf)和JX-2-Ⅰ端铣45钢时刀具破损的随机性。结果表明它们均较好地服从成布尔分布,因此,可以用界面结合强度评价陶瓷刀具破损的可靠性。同时探讨了KⅠC、τf和刀具破损随机分布之间的关系,最后提出了控制刀具材料质量的措施。
The fracture toughness(KⅠC),lexural strength(σbb)and hardnas(HRA) of advanced ceramic tool are inof the nature of randomness.The distribution of.KⅠCσbb the and HRA have been studied and they obey Weibulldistributions.The niterfacial mechanical properties have been also investigated.It was demonstrated that the interfacialbonding strength(τf)ho Wribull distribution too.Therefore, the distribution ofτf can be ed to assess the reliability ofthe fracture for the tool. The relationships of among the distributions of K ⅠC,τf and tool fracture were also discuassed.Thus,the quality of the ceramic tool can be controlled according to the method proposed in the paper.
