In order to look for the fabrication cost＇s differences among the convergent struture＇s houses, 40 local completed projects for models have taked. The main influecing factors of the fabrication cost are founded just by the adopting of the analytic approach which is called main composition. Also the main influecing factors are founded. There are the type of the household factor, the construction factor and the enterprise factor.
