该文对如何在中国实现“带号转网”业务,从网络配置、业务流程等方面进行了研究。通过借鉴国外的经验,并结合中国的实际情况,介绍了“带号转网”业务的基本原理,在此基础上,提出了采用混合方式在中国实现带号转网的设想,并完成了初步的技术方案,分析了该方案的优点。

This paper interprets how to introduce the number portability service in China, focus on the network topology and signaling process. Based on the experience of other country, the authors draw out a proposal of the hybrid model for Chinese application, give out the network topology and handling process for different cases, and point out the advantages of the new solution.
