圆柱壳体与法兰对接环形焊缝的焊接变形规律研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用模型试验研究了大型圆柱形壳体与法兰对接环形焊缝的焊接变形。结果表明,圆柱形壳体与法兰对接环形焊缝将引起壳体的径向变形及法兰平面度的变化;实际真空容器壳体的径向变形与模型试验壳体的径向变形相近,而环缝引起法兰平面外倾的斜率比模型试验法兰平面外倾的斜率小一个数量级。角变形对法兰平面度没有明显影响。 Welding deformations due to circumferential welds at the joint between the large cylindrical shell and the flange is studied by model test. The result shows that the radial deformation and the change of the flange plane is induced by the circumferential weld at the joint between the cylindrical shell and the flange, the radial deformation of the actual vacuum vesel is similar to the radial deformation of the model test, but the inclination slope of the flange in the model test is ten times bigger than in the actual vacuum vessel, the effect of the angular deformation is not obvious in the model test.
