摘要
采用焊接热模拟试验方法研究了在焊接热循环和应力-应变循环同时作用下,2090铝锂合金焊接热影响区显微组织和力学性能的变化特征。结果表明,在焊接热应变作用下,应变使合金中强化相数量增多、晶粒细化,从而降低了2090铝锂合金焊接热影响区的软化倾向。
The variation of microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding heat-affected zone of 2090 Al-Li alloy were investigated by means of the welding thermal, simulated and strain cycles test. The result indicated that the volume of strengthen phase increases and grain refinement takes place,thus the softening tendency of the heat-affected zone was lowered.
