Summary on Stakeholder Theory

利益相关者理论自20世纪80年代产生以来,国外相关研究成果丰硕,而国内的相关研究刚刚起步。为此,本文从利益相关者理论的创新、利益相关者涵义的界定、利益相关者分类的划分、利益相关者理论的运用等四个方面对利益相关者理论进行综述,以期为国内相关研究的进一步开展提供借鉴。

Stakeholder theory has come into being since 1980s, and the relevant aboard research are very rich. But the research in China is limited. In this article, The authors summarize the stakeholder theory from fours sides, which anr： creation of stakeholder primacy theory, the concept of stakeholder, the classification of stakeholders and the application of the theory. The aim of this article is to give reference for the relevant study.
