摘要
自20世纪70年代以后,两性领导风格的差异问题一直是学术争论和理论研究的主题。本文以政府部门为例,借鉴心理学的概念和工具,从领导者个性和动机角度,通过实证分析的方法,解释了两性领导风格的差异性,也进一步支持了两性领导风格存在差异的观点。
Since 70' s of 20 centuries, the difference problem of the two sexes' leadership has been scholarship issue with the investigative topic in theories. This text regards government section as a concept for, drawing lessons from the psychological concepts and tools, from the angle of the leader' s personality and motivation, passing the method of the substantial evidence analysis, explains the difference of the two sexes' leadership style, and also further supports the standpoint that the two sexes' leadership style exist difference.
