摘要
商务中心区(CBD)是一个城市及城市所在区域繁荣与发展的标志与依托。商务中心区 (CBD)区域竞争力研究是从参与竞争的角度对一个国家或城市的商务中心区(CBD)的社会经济活动进行综合系统的考察与分析。针对北京商务中心区(CBD)区域竞争力的发展及制约因素,提出了提高政府公共管理水平和服务效率等政策建议。
Central Business District （CBD） is the flourishing and developing sign and support of a city and its surrounding area. The study of a Central Business District＇s regional competitive power is to process comprehensive and systematic investigation and analysis of the social and economic activities of a country or a city＇s Central Business District from competition participation aspect. The pohcy suggestion provided, including improving governmental public administration level and service efficiency, focuses on the developing and restricting factors of the regional competitive power of Beijing Central Business District.
