An Analysis of Social Exclusion about Social Capital's Negative Function

对于社会资本功能的研究一般都局限于其积极方面,而忽视其消极方面。本文从社会排斥角度分析社会资本的消极功能,即“社会资本的社会排斥”。而社会的不和谐与社会资本的这种消极功能密切相关。因此,分析社会资本的社会排斥功能,从而尽量减少它的消极影响,对于当今构建社会主义和谐社会具有非常重要的启示意义。

The researches into the social capital＇s function are commonly limited to its ＂latent＂ negative aspect, and that ignore its ＂obvious＂ positive aspect. This article analyzes and researches a ＂latent＂ negative function of the social capital from the angle of social exclusion, namely ＂social capital＇s social exclusion＂. However, the social disharmony is closely related to the ＂latent＂ negative function of the social capital. Thus, to analyze and open out the function of the social capital＇s social exclusion, thereby to the best of our abilities to reduce the influence of the social capital＇ s negative function, has very important inspired significance to today＇ s construction of socialist harmoniou society.
