摘要
研究了高温处理对化学气相沉积碳/碳(简称C/C)复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,分析了经过不同温度处理的试样的刹车力矩-刹车时间曲线。结果表明:随着处理温度的升高,C/C复合材料的干态平均动摩擦系数由大变小,湿态平均动摩擦系数及干态平均静摩擦系数由小变大。经过2500℃处理的C/C材料,不仅刹车过程平稳,湿态平均动摩擦系数衰减少,而且磨损率小。当刹车比压和能载增加时,经过不同温度处理的四种试样干态及湿态平均动摩擦系数均相应下降。
A description is given of the effect of high temperature treatment on tribological properties of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites prepared by chemical vapour deposition. The curve diagram of brake moment brake time of different temperature treated samples was analyzed. The results indicated that the average dynamic frictional coefficient (FC) of C/C composites was decreased in dry condition, but damp condition average dynamic FC and dry condition average static FC were increased as temperature was increased. After C/C composites were treated under 2500℃,they had smooth brake process and small wear, and their average dynamic FC was slowly decreased in damp condition. The average dynamic FC of four kinds of samples treated under different temperatures was reduced in dry and damp condition as brake pressure and energy were raised.
