测量制备态和退火态的Fe76.5-xCu1NbxSi13.5B9(X=0、10、30、5.2、7.2)合金Mossbauer谱结果表明晶化后Nb、B等元素向晶界区扩散,在残余非晶中形成了富Nb、B区和贫Nb、B区Nb抑制非晶相的晶化和FC2B相的析出。
The Mossbauer spectra were measured for amorphous Fe76. 5-x. Cu1 Nb.Si13. 5 B9 (x=0.0、1. 0、3.0、 5.2、7.2) alloys both at as-cast and annealed state, in order to investigate the influence of Nb on the formation of nanocrystalline alloy. The results indicate that upon crystallization, Nb and B immigrate into the grain boundaries. Two regions, enriched in Nb, B and poor in Nb, B, respeCtively, are formed in the residual amorphous phase. It is found that the addition of Nb impedes the crystallization of the amorphous phase and the precipitation of Fe2B phase. The influence on the magnetic texture of samples is also investigated.
