灰色GM(1,1)模型在虚拟仪器测量过程控制中的应用研究

摘要 虚拟仪器的测量过程控制是保证其测量数据有效的重要手段,本文探讨了用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型对虚拟仪器的测量过程进行控制的新方法。由少量数据信息得到未来的预期测量结果,通过与核查标准的测量结果相比较来判别测量过程是否受控。论文给出了测量过程控制判别限、适用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型的条件以及模型精度检验判据。通过实例验证表明,该方法简单、实用,模型预测精度高,可适用于虚拟仪器等测量设备的过程控制。 Measurement process controlling of virtual instrument is an important means to ensure effective on measuring data. A new method with grey model of GM ( 1,1 ) has been given to control measurement process of virtual instrument in this paper. The forecast measurement result estimated with a little information is compared with measuring data to confirm the quality of virtual instrument controlled or not, the well stability checking standard is acted as the measuring object. The distinguish limits and conditions of grey model of GM ( 1,1 ) in point and inspection method of model precision were explained in this paper. The example shows that this method is simple and practical and has a high precision. It is suited to be applied in the measurement process controlling of many kinds of measurement devices such visual instruments.
