摘要
本文遵循理论与实际相合的指导思想,从知识管理的理论出发,围绕勘察设计企业的生产经营特点,综合运用管理学、战略管理、生产营运管理、人力资源管理、技术创新、组织行为学等学科知识,分别从组织结构、激励机制、企业文化、信息平台四个方面对勘察设计企业知识管理模式进行系统论述,促进企业核心竞争力的建立,推进企业创新和发展。
Based on the guideline of integrating theory and practice, this thesis starts with the theory of knowledge management and then explores the knowledge management model for the survey & design enterprise. It focus on four aspects of the model, they are organization structure, incentive mechanism, enterprise culture, and information platform. It grounds on the business features of the enterprise and embraces the knowledge of comprehensive enterprise management, strategic management, operations management, resource management, technology innovation, organizational behavior science etc., it aims at building core competence and promoting innovation and development.
