摘要
文章分析了传统瓦斯传感器测量方法造成稳定性差和精度低的原因,提出了一种基于补偿原理的新型测量方法,详细论述了其基本原理、补偿电阻的确定、A/D转换积分算法。此研究采用新方法将桥路电压的测量转化为基于微处理器的时间测量,极大地提高了瓦斯传感器的稳定性和精度。
This paper analyses what makes the tradition methane sensor to have the poor stability and low precision, presents a new measuring method based on compensation, and gives more details of the new method' s principle, the eompensation resistance' s setting and A/D integral algorithm. The paper adopts the method of measuring time based on microprocessor in place of that measuring bridge voltage; it improves the methane sensor's stability and precision very well.
