摘要
文章针对矿井局部通风设备系统故障而造成瓦斯浓度超限的瓶颈问题,提出采用粗糙集理论和遗传算法对矿井局部通风设备系统的故障诊断方法进行研究。建立了故障模型树;对关键故障征兆和故障规则获取算法及软件进行了分析与开发,并对煤矿进行了应用示范研究。为煤矿通风设备系统的故障诊断提供了一种新的方法思路和原型软件。
For solving the gas excess problem of local ventilation system, an approach of combining the rough set theory with the genetic algorithms is used to study the fault diagnosis method of local ventilation equipment system in this paper. The fault model tree is established, the algorithms and software of fault diagnosis rule acquirement of system key cell is analyzed and developed, and ware applied to coal mine practice. The achievement can provide a new method and prototype software tool for the fault diagnosis of ventilation equipment system.
