摘要 采用镶嵌原子势(EAM)和分子动力学方法模拟了纯Al的液态。 EAM together with MD has been applied to the investigation of rapid solidification process of pure Al. The structures of pure Al in liquid state, supercoolled liquid state and noncrystalline. The evaluation of structures have been examined by using bond orientational order and pair analysis technique.
