摘要
Al-Li单晶体(77K和293K)的塑村流变行为表明,Al-Li单晶体的极限拉伸强度σb和最大均匀应变εb在低温下有所提高;形变硬化率dσ/dε和形变硬化指数n的增加表明其均匀变形能力得以提高;
The research of Al-Li binary single crystals at cryogenic (77K) and room temperature (293K)shows the improvement of oh and εb at 77K. The increasing of work hardening rate (dσ / dε) and its exponent (n) enhance the ability of homogenization of deformation. The PLC effect in Al-Li single crystals is a combination consequence of the shearing of the coherent δ' particles and the diffusion of solute Li atoms.
