摘要
将Fe—M(M=C,SiO2,Al2O3)混合物在Ar中高能球磨56h后测量Mossbauer谱.结果表明,(Fe)2-(SiO2)1仍为Fe和SiO2的机械混合物;(Fe)7-(C)3已完全合金化,生成两种Fe3C;(Fe)2-(Al2O3)1则成为Fe(73%)、尖晶石型的FeAl2O4(22%)、金属Fe的团簇(5%)和Al2O3的混合物.
The mechanical alloying of Fe-M(M = C, SiO2, Al2O3) powders was Performed by the use of a high-energy ball milling method. Ball milling was carried out for up to 56h in argon atmosphere. The samples were analized by Mossbauer spectroscoy. The results show that sample for (Fe)2-(SiO2)1 is still mixture of iron and SiO2, alloying is not created at all, the sample for (Fe)7-(C)3 has been alloyied entirely, they producted two type of Fe3C; for (Fe)2-(Al2O3)1, the partial one (22%) formed a FeAl2O4 spinel-type bond,the other one(5%) formed a small metallic iron clusters, the 73% of them is still metallic iron.
