将主要组份为正硅酸乙脂(TEOS)的陶瓷前驱体溶液注入木材,经水解、缩合反应,在木材细胞壁内形成二氧化硅与纤维素等有机组份的分子或纳米级复合结构.
Preparation and composite mechanism of a novel organic-inorganic composite material-ceramic-wood were discussed in this paper. The procedure involved impreganation of a ceramic precursor solu tion into wood to form the composite structure of silica and organic components within the wood cell walls by means of sol-gel processing. After the points of view of biological structure and material chemistry dy namics, this paper discussed the state of existence and combining pattern between the inorganic and organic phases in the ceramic-wood, as well as the improvement of ceramic-wood properties.
