Al—5Fe—2Ni合金析出相的Mossbauer谱

摘要 用Mossbauer谱学和XRD方法研究了快速凝固Al-5Fe—2Ni(原子由分数)合金的析出相.结果表明,析出相为三元化合物Al_9Fe_xNi_(2-x)(0<x<2),属于单斜晶系,晶格参数α=0.858nm,b=0.631nm,c=0.621nm,β=94.8°它的Mossbauer谱为一套双线,同质界能移位IS=0.12mms(-1),四极分裂QS=0.32mms(-1)线宽F=0.26mms(-1)在800K以上热处理时,该相的成分由急冷态的Al_9Fe_(1.43)-Ni_(0.57)向平衡相A1_9FeNi过渡,但晶格参数和Mossbauer参数没有明显变化. The precipitate in rapidly solidified Al-5Fe-2Ni alloy has been investigated by means of Mossbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.It has been identified as a ternary compound Al9FexNi(2-x)(0 < x <2) with monoclinic crystal lattice and parameters a = 0.858nm,b = 0.631nm, c = 0.621nm,β=94.8.The Mossbauer pattern of Al9 Fex Ni(2-x).phase is a set of double lines with IS=0.12mm / s,QS =0.32mm / s and = 0.26mm / s.The chemical composition of precipitate is modified to equilibrium phase Al9 FeNi from Al9 Fe 1.43 Ni0. 57 of the rapid cooling state during heat treatment at above 800K,but the crystal parameters and Mossbauer parameters are not evidently modified.
