摘要
为解决薄板坯连铸连轧生产线生产的冷轧用钢屈服强度较高问题,采用了铁素体轧制工艺和加硼等措施,使SPHD带卷的平均屈服强度降至230MPa,比用常规轧制工艺生产的热轧板卷降低了61MPa。
In view of the high strength of steel for cold rolling which produced by thin slab continuous casting and rolling, the ferrite rolling technology and the measure of adding alloy element of B were applied. The average yield strength of SPHD strip can be reduced to 230MPa.
