摘要
通过对金属橡胶元件进行的一系列实验,考察了振动频率、成型厚度、成型密度、振幅及预压缩(或初始位移)等对金属橡胶元件滞迟特性的影响规律,得到滞迟特性受成型参数尤其是成型厚度、成型密度、振幅及预压缩(或初始位移)的影响较大,随着这些参数的增大,金属橡胶元件的阻尼性能增强,而振动频率对金属橡胶元件滞迟特性的影响很小。同时对随机激励下金属橡胶元件的隔振性能进行了实验研究,得出金属橡胶减振器的隔振效率ε可达63.47%,且其隔振效率ε随激励的增大而增大。
Through a series of experiments on metal rubber components, the influence of the relative parameters such as frequency, formation thickness, formation density, amplitude and precompression (initial displacement) on hysteresis is studied. The parameters such as formation thickness, formation density, amplitude and precompression (initial displacement) have influence on hysteresis, and with the increase of these parameters, metal rubber components have better damping characteristic, while frequency has little influence on hys teresis. The performance of metal rubber damper under random vibration is researched too. Results show that the efficiency of metal rubber damper can reach 63. 47%, and the efficiency e of vibration separation increases with prompting boosting up.
