摘要 在机械产品尺寸高精度检测中,为了把半桥式电感位移传感器输出的交变电信号转换成直流信号输出,供计算机采集处理。采用AD698芯片外加少量无源元件设计了信号变送电路,经对2mm量程的半桥式位移传感器实际使用,检测精度达0.1μm。该变送电路运行稳定,精度高,适用于各种量程的半桥式电感位移传感器,具有很高的实用价值。 In high accuracy measurement for mechanical production, in order to convert AC, outputted by half bridge LVDT, to DC for computer acquisition processing, it designs signal transducer circuit by AD698 chip with a few passive components. According to the practical application of halfbridge LVDT with 2mm measuring range, the measurement precision could reach 0. 1μm. The transducer circuit has stable operating and high accuracy. It is suitable for half-bridge LVDT with many kinds of measuring range, so it has very high application value.
