摘要
运用工作流技术,设计并实现了一个政府采购项目管理系统。该系统对采购业务过程进行了任务和角色的抽象,将政府采购业务转移到电子政务平台上运行。它具有很好的灵活性、适应性和可扩展性,可对采购项目进行有效的管理和监控,实现了采购业务自动化运作。同时该系统采用相关网络安全技术,保证了执行任务过程中信息交互的安全性。
By means ofworkflow technology, a project-management system for government procurement is presented. This system abstracts tasks and roles during the procurement, and makes the procurement run on the platform of e-Government. This system has advantages of flexibility, adaptability and expansibility. The procurement items are managed and controlled effectively, all of which realize the automatization of the government procurement. In addition, some related network security technologies are adopted so as to ensure the security of information exchanges during the implementation procedure.
