摘要
重点考察了萃取温度、萃取压力、原料粒度、萃取时间对超临界CO2流体萃取牛蒡子脂肪油得油率的影响,得到了超临界CO2流体萃取的最佳工艺条件,萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度55℃,原料粉碎粒度40~60目,动态萃取时间120min,在此条件下,得油率达到20.60%,并用GC-MS联用技术分析鉴定了牛蒡子脂肪油中11种脂肪酸成分,其中亚油酸含量高达52.80%,其次为油酸,含量达26.94%。
The conditions for fatty oil extraction form Arctium lappa L by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and the constituents of the oil were identified. The effects of extraction pressure, temperature, particle size and extraction time were investigated and the relative contents of the fatty acids from the oil were determined by GC-MS, The optimum conditions for the yield of fatty oil were thus obtained, and eleven fatty acids were identified. The optimum SFE pressure, temperature, particle size and extraction time were 35MPa, 55℃, 40~ 60mesh, 120min respectively under which the recovery of fatty oil was 20,6% ,The main fatty acid constituents are linoleic acid (52.80%)and oleic acid (26.94%),
